Step outside to your personal paradise: a fully-fenced backyard featuring a sparkling pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a gas firepit perfect for evening conversations. Lounge in the hammock, sway in the swing chair, or enjoy a meal fresh off the Blackstone grill. As evening falls, the enclosed patio comes alive with the glow of string lights, creating the perfect ambiance. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): - Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, TV, and an optional rollaway twin bed. - Spare Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with an XL twin trundle. Bathrooms: Two full-size bathrooms are available for your convenience. Entertainment & Recreation: The garage is your personal activity hub, packed with: - Beach Essentials: Boogie boards, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, and chairs. - Games: Ping-pong table, corn-hole, and darts. - Water Sports: Two kayaks with life jackets. - Local Exploration: Two beach cruiser bikes with helmets.

Other Details to Note

Pool & Hot Tub: The pool (20x18 ft, ~5ft deep) and hot tub are professionally cleaned every Thursday morning. The pool is not caged, so natural debris like leaves or grass may occasionally be present. The pool is not heated, but its southern exposure keeps the water at an enjoyable temperature year-round. Cleanliness: We are committed to a 5-star standard of cleanliness. If any aspect of the home, including the pool or hot tub, is not up to standard upon your arrival, please contact us within 24 hours so we can dispatch our professional cleaning crew to address it. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap) for your convenience. Once these supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing their own for the remainder of their stay. Entertainment: The home is equipped with smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. There is no cable TV service. Please bring your own passwords (BYOP) to log into your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Propane: Use of propane is on an honor system. We provide 2 propane tanks, and guests are encouraged to refill them after use if they become empty. We do not guarantee full propane tanks for each guest. Guest must clean grill after use. If grill is found dirty a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Pets: Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if the guest is not present. $100 fee will be charged for pet hair found on beds and couches. Dogs should never be allowed unattended, including outside, unless in a kennel. $89 pet fee. Additional $25 per pet after 2. Boats & Boat Trailers are NOT allowed to be parked on the driveway per Cape Coral City ordinance. This is strictly enforced by the city and will result in you being fined. Horton Park & Boat ramp is 5 min from the house and charges $15/day for parking.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if left in the house alone. We do provide a kennel for your use. If pet hair is found on beds or furniture a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guests must clean grill after use. If rule is not followed a $100 cleaning fee will be enforced. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $2000 by local authorities. This place just felt easy the whole time we were there. Super quiet, really peaceful, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy it. It was comfortable and well thought out. The absolute highlight was the burrowing owls. Seeing them every morning felt really special, like getting a quiet little moment with nature to start the day. The fact that they’ve made the property their home made it even more meaningful. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with our 8mo old and 4yr old for spring break. The neighborhood is super stroller friendly so we were able to get out early. Grocery stores nearby and good restaurants in reasonable driving distance. All the beach equipment was helpful when we were out for the day and of course the ability to do laundry. We felt right at home.

We had an amazing stay here. It looks exactly like the photos and was freshly cleaned before our arrival. The house is stocked with everything you need for some fun in the Florida sun…reclining beach chairs, cooler, towels, kayaks, bikes, floats, boogie boards, etc. The location is phenomenal! It was a 30-45 minute drive to some breathtaking beaches (fort meyers, lovers key, Estero, sannibel). The house is in a quiet residential area but is just a short distance from every type of restaurant and store. The backyard is its own relaxing retreat equipped with a hammock, a seating area with comfortable patio furniture, a pool, and hot tub. I would highly recommend this listing. We really enjoyed our stay…Great home and great hosts.

A great get away for us and our pups. They were very accommodating and had everything we needed, and above all else, it was clean!! Had a great day a while down at a work trip. Hot tub was a little dirty upon arrival but a quick message and the hose had it resolved just in time to use it that same night. Excellent host and a great space, would happily stay again.

You will not go wrong staying at a property owned by Chris and Jena. My wife and I stayed at their place in Cape Coral for our 2 year wedding anniversary. It was an awesome experience! Where do I start? The hot tub was top notch! The pool, grill, fire pit, home itself very clean and accommodating. But the most important thing is that they truly cared about our experience. They let us know if we needed anything or had any concerns to contact them anytime. In other words, we were people not just a transaction. Thank you Chris, Jena. My family had a very relaxing and peaceful few days at Chris and Jena’s. We loved sitting out by the pool and playing ping pong. We brought our 13 pound maltipoo who loved chasing his ball in the back yard. The home was as pictured and very clean! We all said we would all love to come back or stay at another one of their properties.
