I have stayed at a lot of different rentals in the Smokies over the years, but Chris & Jena’s place was by far my favorite. The location in Maggie Valley is perfection. It’s an easy drive to the Blue Ridge, Waynesville, Asheville, Bryson City, etc. The waterfall next to the property was magical. We spent so much time on the porch swing or sitting at the fire pit to enjoy the waterfall. We will definitely be back.

Lovely home on a nice street. Felt safe. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Close to Park Circle restaurants where we ate many times. We had 3 adults and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. House is quiet. I stayed in the first floor bedroom and barely heard my husband and brother on the upper floors. Will rent again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem tollen Haus von Chris und Jena. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Wir haben unzählige Stunden auf dem Dock verbracht und die Tarpons beobachtet. Die Kinder haben den großen Pool und den Minigolfplatz geliebt. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank

We absolutely loved our stay! We’d highly recommend staying here! The house was furnished so well, the kitchen was well-stocked for any kind of cooking you may want to do and the 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. We loved that there was enough (comfortable) seating in the living room so we could all be in there at one time. We loved having the dock for the kids to fish from and the beach was a super short walk! We will definitely be back again!

If you’re looking for a place with lots to do and a great location this is the place! The pool and hot tub were wonderful with the hosts making sure it was very clean before using. We had lots of putting challenges on the putting green and we didn’t need clubs or balls as they were already there waiting for us! There was kayaks and bikes to explore the nice neighborhood and we brought some fishing poles that landed a few fish , catch and release of course:). Lots of excitement with tarpon and other local fish jumping out of the water right in front of the dock! The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was huge stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms were nice and spread out for privacy and to decrease the noise for people sleeping at different times. The most used area was the pool space which had a large table the was used from meals all day to many games! We would recommend this property for any active family who loves adventures!

This place just felt easy the whole time we were there. Super quiet, really peaceful, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy it. It was comfortable and well thought out. The absolute highlight was the burrowing owls. Seeing them every morning felt really special, like getting a quiet little moment with nature to start the day. The fact that they’ve made the property their home made it even more meaningful. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with our 8mo old and 4yr old for spring break. The neighborhood is super stroller friendly so we were able to get out early. Grocery stores nearby and good restaurants in reasonable driving distance. All the beach equipment was helpful when we were out for the day and of course the ability to do laundry. We felt right at home.

This was a nice little gem for us. It wasn’t a long stay as we were just in visiting family before heading north, but Chris and Jena were SUPER HOSTS. Responsive beyond belief, and the house was perfect. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, Chris and Jena!!!!

Our family with kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great communication from Chris and Jena pre-booking and throughout our stay. The place was well appointed and very clean. The immediate vicinity is a nice area, and it was a relatively short jaunt to Charleston and nearby attractions. We felt very lucky to find and book this place, and would definitely do it again!
