House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. We do not refund for weather related events. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if left in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture or dog waste is left in the yard, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. $89 includes two pets. $25 per pet after 2. Charleston County has a strict no-party policy to protect local families and neighbors. If a party is discovered, the city will issue fines to the guest, and we reserve the right to also charge up to $1,500. Thanks for understanding and helping us be good neighbors! Only 2 parking spots available for guests. No more than 2 vehicles allowed whatsoever or the city will fine you. Cars must not block the sidewalk. No street parking. Our stay was really great. The house was exactly as advertised and Chris/Jena were very proactive and helpful. Everything was very clean and well organized. The location was nice for moving between downtown Charleston to Mt Pleasant to Park Circle. Would definitely recommend this place for future stays.

Lovely home! Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Surrounding area was less than exciting. However, all that Charleston has to offer is a short drive away. Definitely recommend! Would certainly stay here again.

This is by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at. We stayed with family and kids. The Park at park circle was incredible, best playground we've ever been to. The location is close to cute little street with a bunch of delicious restaurants and shops. The area is still up and coming so there were some sketchy streets but nothing to worry about. We drove into Charleston frequently; the drive was quick and with little to no traffic. The house was beautiful! There was a high chair and packnplay for my toddler. We did have to be careful with the stairs since it's three floors but it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen had all the essentials and sooo comfortable. The beds/bathrooms were clean and had all the amenities. We definitely were sad to leave the home. Also the kiddoes loved the TV in every room.
