Please note the following: Beach Days Made Easy: We provide all the essentials for a perfect day at the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, toys, and a wagon to help you carry it all. Our Commitment to Cleanliness: We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for our guests. If the cleanliness is not up to a 5-star standard upon your arrival, please contact us within the first 24 hours, and we will send our professional cleaning crew to address it as soon as possible. Please do NOT park in the vacant lot next door to us – this is not our property. You will need to limit your vehicles to 6 max. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you decide to get in the canal please be careful as there are oyster beds there that will cut your feet. So please use the floating dock to get in and out rather than walking through the sea grass.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. Exterior lights must be turned off prior to going to sleep. We do this to ensure we are being respectful of our neighbors and to ensure to keep the beach vibes going. Please do NOT park in the vacant lot next door to us – this is not our property. You will need to limit your vehicles to 6 max. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you decide to get in the canal please be careful as there are oyster beds there that will cut your feet. Please use the floating dock to get in and out rather than walking through the sea grass. In case of hurricanes, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $2000 by local authorities. No pets allowed. $500 fine will be charged. Boat lift is off limits to guests.

We absolutely loved our stay! We’d highly recommend staying here! The house was furnished so well, the kitchen was well-stocked for any kind of cooking you may want to do and the 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. We loved that there was enough (comfortable) seating in the living room so we could all be in there at one time. We loved having the dock for the kids to fish from and the beach was a super short walk! We will definitely be back again!

I highly recommend this property. The main floor is open and spacious. We enjoyed having 4 bedrooms so that everyone could have privacy when they were ready to rest. The beach access is very close by, the neighborhood quiet, and everything you need waiting for you, including toiletries and beach towels. Jena was super responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Holden Beach. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. The location is perfect, and having a private dock was a huge bonus for us. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would happily stay here again!

Great location to walk to the beach and super convenient that they had chairs and towels we could use. The deck chairs were very nice and watching the sunsets from our deck made the trip!

We throughly enjoyed our time these last few days! We came down to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday; we love Holden annd wanted to share it with him. He had a blast, which was the whole point! We brought our boat and the dock was perfect. Jena was a very communicative host and was always quick to respond and pleasant to speak with. Thanks again for sharing your vacation home with us!
