A complimentary coffee station is provided to get your mornings started right. Outdoor Space: The back patio offers comfortable furniture for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy cookouts using the provided gas grill. Share stories under the stars around the cozy firepit. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Every bedroom includes its own TV for personal downtime. Master Bedroom: Features a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a separate jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Features two Queen beds, ideal for families or groups. Bedroom 4: Features a single Twin bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located to be shared between the guest rooms.

Cleanliness: We are committed to a 5-star standard of cleanliness. If anything is not up to par upon your arrival, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will dispatch our cleaning crew to address it. Entertainment: The TVs are smart TVs. Please bring your own passwords (BYOP) to log in to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Cable is not provided. Propane: Use of propane for the grill and firepit is on an honor system. We provide tanks, but we do not guarantee they will be full upon arrival. We kindly ask that if you empty a tank, you refill it for the next guest. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials (like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap) to get you settled. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. We do not provide refunds for weather-related events. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $1500. Pet fee is $89 and includes 2 pets. $25 per pet after 2. Fee is included in price if "pets" are selected.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and the spacious backyard. The only areas that are off-limits are a locked cleaners' closet, indoor fireplace, and the garage, which is used for owner storage.

Chris and Jena were very responsive and flexible with our specific needs. They communicated quickly and proactively. This was a perfect location but we had accessibility needs. Chris and Jena made suggestions and accommodation with us to make their place work for us. The house was simple, clean and peaceful, just as advertised.

Me and my girl friends wanted to spend my birthday weekend all together. Chris & Jena’s place was the perfect place!! Their home is beautiful, they are very friendly and sweet. Me and the girls had the best time!! We definitely will book again, if they’ll let us!! 😊
