Step inside and feel right at home in the bright, modern open-plan living space, filled with natural light. The main living area features a comfortable seating area and a smart TV, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services for a relaxing movie night. The spacious kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. This home features four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV: Master Bedroom: A relaxing sanctuary with a king-size bed and a private full-sized bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1: Furnished with a cozy king-size bed. Guest Bedroom 2: Furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. Guest Bedroom 3: Furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. Your private, fenced-in backyard is a true tropical oasis. Take a dip in the sun-drenched, screened-in HEATED pool, complete with floats and noodles, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Fire up the BBQ grill and dine al fresco under the covered patio. Other Details to Note

We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for all our guests and their families! If the cleanliness is not up to a 5 star-standard, including the pool, guest must contact us within 24 hours of first day and we will send our professional cleaning crew as soon as possible. The pool is cleaned once per week on Thursdays. Use of propane is on an honor system. We provide 2 propane tanks, and guests are encouraged to refill them after use if they become empty. We do not guarantee full propane tanks for each guest. Grill required to be cleaned by guest after guest use. $100 charge if not cleaned by guest. Expect normal wear & tear on the grill. BYOP: Bring your own passwords to access streaming applications! No cable. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: Guests must swim at their own risk. This includes swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. in the the canal. Please note! Due to extremely high prices, the size of the pool, and energy consumption, pool heat is limited to 85 degrees. In ambient temperatures around 60 degrees and below, pool heat may not be available. Screen door for lanai should remain closed at all times to help mitigate bugs entering the pool area. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if the guest is not present. Pet fee is $89 and included in price if "pets" is selected. Additional $25 per pet after 2. There is a starter pack of basic essentials for every guest. We do not provide more supplies after the starter pack is up. Boats & Boat Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the driveway per Cape Coral City ordinance. This is strictly enforced by the city and will result in you being fined. Horton Park & Boat ramp is 5 min from the house and charges $15/day for parking.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. In case of hurricanes, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if left in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $2000 by local authorities. Guests must swim in the pool and canal at their own risk. No running around pool and canal dock. No glass in or around the pool. Keep screen door closed to help prevent bugs. No lifeguard on duty! Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes all interior spaces, the private screened-in pool, the fully-fenced backyard, and the private boat dock. The dock is situated on a deep water canal with Gulf access just 3 minutes away, making it perfect for your personal or rental boat year-round. You will not have access to boat & trailer parking on the driveway per city ordinance. Horton Park is 5 min from the house and charges $15/day for trailer parking. The boat lift is off-limits.

The house was exactly what we were looking for! A beautiful home with all the privacy we could ask for. It was in a good location with close restaurants and grocery stores, and just a 30 minute drive to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and home, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and heated when we arrived!
