Good to know

Our house has 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has a queen, then the last bedroom has a queen/full XL bunk bed. We also have 2 Murphy beds that are twins sized and located in the living room. Ideal for kiddos or extra guests!

Other Details to Note

We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for all our guests and their families! If the cleanliness is not up to a 5 star-standard, including the pool or hot tub, guest must contact us within 24 hours of first day and we will send our professional cleaning crew as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub are cleaned once per week on Mondays. Please note! Due to extremely high prices, the size of the pool, and energy consumption, pool heat is limited to 85 degrees. In ambient temperatures around 60 degrees and below, pool heat may not be available. Guests can only heat either the pool or hot tub at one time. BYOP: Bring your own passwords to access streaming applications! No cable. There is a starter pack of essentials for every guest. We do not provide more supplies after the start pack is up. Fireplace off limits to guests. Parties are strictly PROHIBITED. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Fines of $2,000 and up will be enforced if this rule is violated.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $2000. Guests must the clean grill after use. Failure to do so will incur a $100 cleaning charge. Due to guests leaving the propane tanks open, we now only provide tanks. If the guest exchanges the propane tank and provides a receipt to us, we will gladly refund you! Swim and kayak at your own risk. Rinse kayaks after use. Use exercise/gym equipment at your own risk. Children must be watched at all times outside. No running and no glass by the pool. Fireplace is off limits to guests. Strict no pet policy. Please note - this home is maintained to be allergen-reduced due to a family member with severe allergies. Guests traveling with service animals are welcome per Airbnb policy, however any allergen remediation or damage required after the stay will be charged.

From the moment we walked in, we were completely in awe. The home perfectly blends cozy comfort with a touch of luxury — every detail was thoughtfully done and it was exactly as pictured and described. You can truly tell the homeowners put care into creating a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. We had teenagers with us and not once did we hear a complaint of boredom (which is basically a miracle in itself, lol). There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together for family time. Whether it was lounging, playing, or just enjoying the atmosphere, there was something for everyone. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the entire experience even better. This is hands down the best home we’ve stayed in throughout all our years of renting — and we’re already talking about booking it again next time!

This place was perfect for our 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty to do and plenty of space! The updates made to this house were amazing, and we had a great time. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There are a few near by restaurants that were great and less than a 10 minute drive. We went to Fort Meyer Beach a few days and that was only a 25 minute drive from this house. We ran into an issue where there was a power outage/surge and the refrigerator stopped working. This was totally out of anyones control. The communication between us and the host was amazing. They were on top of this issue right away and were able to provide some solutions and get this solved ASAP. Just know if you ever run into an issue that these hosts are on top of it!

We had a great extended weekend vacation while the freeze was on in the rest of the states. The house is very well laid out and really brings the outdoors indoors. We took notes honestly on our next home remodel. Pictures don’t do it justice. We were also able to get a private chef in and use the enormous kitchen space! Thanks again for the stay!

This house is all about the details!! From fluffy pool towels to living room throw blankets to ‘Gram-worthy decor - they thought of everything in this house! We came Christmas week (they even had a tree!) looking for some R&R with our older teens, and that’s exactly what we found. We spent every day outside- on the pool patio, soaking up the sun, fishing off the dock, and playing golf. This house was clean, a great location, and surrounded by lots of cool nature. We would love to come back - we had such a memorable getaway! We were truly sad to leave.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Chris and Jena’s home! It’s by far one of the best AirBnb’s we’ve stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s so beautifully decorated and the outdoor area is incredible! The kitchen is amazing and the bedrooms, linens and bathrooms were impecable! The area is so peaceful and it’s a great location! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the Good Vibes again!! We would highly recommend this home for your next FL vacation!

Our family of 9 just spent a week at Chris and Jena's home. We were celebrating my 70th birthday. WOW! What can I say but we had an amazing time. Once we got the pool and spa sorted out, it was wonderful. The 3 littles (6, 9, 11) spent hours on end in the pool. They had some float toys. LOVED the kitchen and did lots of cooking. We also catered a meal for my birthday and they made it easy for the chefs to access the property one night. We also rented a boat for the week and so easy to dock at the property. Three families came and the space was perfect. And heated toilet seats! WHOA? pretty cushy for the tushi! :) Thanks for your great communication! We appreciate all your hard work at providing such a beautiful place! We would definitely come back if we are ever in this area. Choose their home- you won't be disappointed.
