The main living area is filled with natural light and offers beautiful ocean views, creating a perfect backdrop for making memories. Multiple decks provide ample space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while gazing out at the sea. Your private outdoor oasis awaits! Unwind in the sparkling swimming pool and hot tub, or fire up the gas BBQ for a family cookout. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient enclosed outdoor shower. Pets will enjoy the fully fenced in backyard. Inside, you'll find plenty of entertainment with TVs in every bedroom and a collection of board games/puzzles for family fun. The modern kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and we provide a complimentary starter pack of coffee to get your mornings going. Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and privacy: Bedroom 1: King Bed with a private bathroom Bedroom 2: King Bed with a private bathroom Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): One bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and a separate single bed Bedroom 5: Queen sofa bed The home includes three full bathrooms and one half-bath to accommodate your group.

Cleanliness Commitment: We are committed to providing a clean and safe stay. If the cleanliness of the home, pool, or hot tub is not up to a 5-star standard upon your arrival, please contact us within 24 hours so we can dispatch our professional crew to address it. Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends! A non-refundable pet fee of $125 covers up to two pets. Each additional pet is $50. Pool & Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced weekly, typically on weekends. The hot tub is available for use year-round. Pool heating is available upon request for a fee of $500 per stay. Please note that pool heating is not available if the ambient temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Restricted Access: For your safety, the handicap chair lift is strictly off-limits to all guests and is not available for use.

House Rules

Guest must report any and all issues to us via the Airbnb app within 24 hours of first day stay. This includes any issue regarding cleanliness upon arrival. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities could become unavailable. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and we will let the guest know if this happens. We highly recommend acquiring traveler's insurance year-round but especially during hurricane season. This is a no smoking property. If this rule is violated, there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if left in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. No parties or events. Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $1500. Handicap chairlift is off limits to guests.

I have nothing negative to say. The property was great and had every amenity. I extended my original stay and was truly disappointed when it was time to go. Very relaxing, big house. I felt very comfortable there!

It was our first time at Emerald Isle- the beach house gave us beautiful views, plenty of space for the 12 of us, private pool, and easy access to everything on the island! Our stay here was great from start to finish! The house is comfy with plenty of space for everyone to both socialize and have some alone time. the pool and hot tub were perfect for an off season stay when the ocean is too cold for swimming- plus they had a heater for the pool we were able to utilize for an extra charge! Well worth the investment with littles wanting to swim in all weather. Loved it, perfect beach house!

Wonderful house, just steps from the beach. The views from the home are unforgettable. Lots of thoughtful details throughout the house, fully stocked kitchen, and very spacious and clean. Great space for families. The completely fenced in yard was definitely a bonus. The owners are extremely responsive. Would 100% recommend. Cannot wait to return.
