Book it!! The house was genuinely beautifully designed in this really warm homey way. The location is breathtaking. We sat out there by the waterfall and just listened so many times. We hiked the trail with our 5 and 2-year-old and they were stopping every few steps to hunt for gnomes and were just the happiest little humans. We even spotted a dozen elk driving up the mountain! The nights outside were just magic. Building a fire (SO appreciated the abundance of wood), roasting hot dogs for dinner, making s'mores, then getting to jump in the hot tub. The whole area is so charming too and we appreciated Chris and Jena’s recommendations for the yummiest little spots right nearby. The hosts were genuinely so kind and responsive and the house was well stocked with everything you could need and more! We adored the house so much it was hard to leave to explore the town. Highly recommend this absolute gem of a spot!

I have nothing negative to say. The property was great and had every amenity. I extended my original stay and was truly disappointed when it was time to go. Very relaxing, big house. I felt very comfortable there!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful cabin and truly cannot recommend it highly enough. The property was impeccably clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals with ease. Thoughtful touches throughout the stay made it especially memorable — including a welcome basket for our dog and cozy flannel shirts for guests to enjoy around the fire. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our vacation, from relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit to peaceful afternoons on the porch listening to the soothing sound of the waterfall. Thank you, Chris and Jena, for your outstanding hospitality and for creating such a wonderful experience for our family. We look forward to returning in the future.

All hosts take note from Chris and Jena! They know how to host! We appreciated their quick, helpful responses. The house was pristine and comfortable. The backyard had a tall privacy fence that was perfect for an our fur babies. Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we walked in, we were completely in awe. The home perfectly blends cozy comfort with a touch of luxury — every detail was thoughtfully done and it was exactly as pictured and described. You can truly tell the homeowners put care into creating a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. We had teenagers with us and not once did we hear a complaint of boredom (which is basically a miracle in itself, lol). There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together for family time. Whether it was lounging, playing, or just enjoying the atmosphere, there was something for everyone. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the entire experience even better. This is hands down the best home we’ve stayed in throughout all our years of renting — and we’re already talking about booking it again next time!

We had an amazing stay here. It looks exactly like the photos and was freshly cleaned before our arrival. The house is stocked with everything you need for some fun in the Florida sun…reclining beach chairs, cooler, towels, kayaks, bikes, floats, boogie boards, etc. The location is phenomenal! It was a 30-45 minute drive to some breathtaking beaches (fort meyers, lovers key, Estero, sannibel). The house is in a quiet residential area but is just a short distance from every type of restaurant and store. The backyard is its own relaxing retreat equipped with a hammock, a seating area with comfortable patio furniture, a pool, and hot tub. I would highly recommend this listing. We really enjoyed our stay…Great home and great hosts.

The cabin was perfect for a quick getaway! 😊 Would highly recommend to any of our friends from the beach looking for a place to stay in the mountains! Hoping to come back in the Fall!

This place was perfect for our 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty to do and plenty of space! The updates made to this house were amazing, and we had a great time. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There are a few near by restaurants that were great and less than a 10 minute drive. We went to Fort Meyer Beach a few days and that was only a 25 minute drive from this house. We ran into an issue where there was a power outage/surge and the refrigerator stopped working. This was totally out of anyones control. The communication between us and the host was amazing. They were on top of this issue right away and were able to provide some solutions and get this solved ASAP. Just know if you ever run into an issue that these hosts are on top of it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful week staying at this cabin, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better mountain getaway. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of four. You can tell the hosts really care about their guests. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. The decor was absolutely charming and cozy, perfectly fitting the mountain setting while still feeling stylish and warm. We also loved that the cabin was dog friendly, which made the trip even more meaningful since we could bring our pup along to enjoy the mountains with us. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, family friendly, and pet friendly mountain retreat. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space! 🏔️🐾

We had a great extended weekend vacation while the freeze was on in the rest of the states. The house is very well laid out and really brings the outdoors indoors. We took notes honestly on our next home remodel. Pictures don’t do it justice. We were also able to get a private chef in and use the enormous kitchen space! Thanks again for the stay!
